Flo-Smart is delighted to announce that it will present its high-speed beverage dispensing systems at the upcoming HostMilano hospitality exhibition. Running from 17 to 21 October in Milan, Italy, the Flo-Smart team will show the equipment’s speed, versatility, and suitability for coffee and hospitality chains.
Working with ingredients from our long-standing partners, visitors can sample an array of drinks as they’re dispensed by the system.

Where can I see Flo-Smart at HostMilano 2025?
The Flo-Smart team will be at stand E39 in Pavilion 20 at HostMilano 2025.
When you visit the booth, you’ll see the system in action, pouring chilled, non-carbonated drinks. “We’re going to Host to showcase our iced coffee and matcha solution, which we can serve in less than six seconds,” Keelan tells me. “We want to show how simple and easy it can be for operators to deliver consistently high-quality iced drinks at volume to their customers.”
The drinks on offer include traditional iced coffee, iced matcha lattes, iced tea, and chai tea. All of the ingredients used for these drinks will come from several of Flo-Smart’s long-standing partners.
“Firstly, we’ll be working with Origin Coffee to showcase their amazing espresso concentrates,” he says. These award-winning concentrates are suitable for preparing iced coffee quickly by using one Flo-Smart tap to dispense the concentrate, and another to dispense milk.
“Blendsmiths will be providing us with their matcha concentrates and flavours, such as their Pink Chai range and Salted Chocolate,” he adds. This is the next step in a long-running partnership between Flo-Smart and Blendsmiths, having also exhibited together at The London Coffee Festival and World of Coffee Geneva in 2025.
“We’re also working with Beyond the Bean, who will be supplying our iced teas,” Keelan tells me. Specialising in syrups and powders, this collaboration demonstrates the versatility of Flo-Smart systems for pouring a range of drinks.
“We’ll run those through the taps to give visitors a broader experience of beverages. We can essentially show how easy it is to increase their menu offerings so they can get a larger market share of customers.”
Why Flo-Smart is attending HostMilano
Flo-Smart’s main reason for attending HostMilano is to showcase how the system helps high-traffic, multi-site chains quickly and efficiently serve a range of drinks.
“Traditionally, this has been a very manual process, which has taken minutes for baristas to serve their customers each drink,” Keelan says. “We can amplify this speed by 10 to 20 times, where the average customer can have their iced coffee or matcha in less than six seconds. For chains, this is a huge opportunity to improve service speed.”
The coffee industry is changing at a staggering rate, and consumer demands are more versatile than ever. “Coffee is no longer a one-dimensional offering. There’s a massive wave of interest towards drinks like matcha and other functional beverages like iced teas and pink chai.
“We want to showcase how Flo-Smart can be at the centre of that. It helps operators adapt and remain trendy, giving customers an experience they want to talk about. They want it to be a community-based feeling – that they’re being seen and heard with their beverage choices.”
